HARALD PIHL Group, a family-owned company founded in 1912 in Sweden, has long been considered one of the largest distributors of specialty alloys in Europe in terms of the range of grades and product forms it supplies. Recently, it has still further increased the tonnage of material, as well as increasing the range of materials, held in stock.
The emphasis at HARALD PIHL Group for many years now, and this is undoubtedly one of the key reasons for its success, has not been on supplying large volumes of just a few selected products, but on its ability to supply customers with their exact requirements, whatever the grade, product form, or dimensions needed.
The company therefore stocks a wide range of product forms, including tubular, sheet and plate, round bars, and welding consumables, and all of these in a broad range of specialty materials, including nickel and nickel-based alloys, titanium and titanium alloys, and copper alloys.
Recently, managing director Jonas Pihl told StainlessSteelFocus, the company has added a significant tonnage of titanium aerospace material, sourced in the West, to its stock range, and new aerospace approvals have been received. HARALD PIHL also holds a significant amount of titanium material for medical applications in stock.
